Hey guys! We took a break from viewer of the week for the holiday last week but now were back in action! Before we get started just a quick overview for any new viewers: we pick one person each week to be our "Viewer of the Week" and then ask them to answer some questions so that you can get to know them a little better!
Now for our viewer of the week!
Hometown: Cape Coral, Florida
Current grade: High School Junior (11TH)
How did you first hear about Colton’s College Corner?
I first heard of Colton’s College Corner from Colton himself. I knew Colton his senior year and I wish I knew him personally for much longer. I saw the College Corner pop up on his Facebook and I knew it would be full of great tips. I went on for tips and I of course wanted to support Colton in all his endeavors.
How have you used Colton’s College Corner to help you?
I don’t know if I used a whole lot of tips first hand from Colton’s College Corner, but I know they are all things that I will start to use more and more as I start my Junior year. Everything I have read are valuable lessons that I know will come in handy throughout my career.
What are you majoring in?
Oh god, I wish this question was easier. Before High School I KNEW I wanted to work in the animation field, my freshman year I THOUGHT I wanted to work in animation, and now it’s slowly becoming a toss-up between animation, Theatre, and a thriving photography hobby. To tell you the truth, on the spot I think I would say Theatre but there’s no telling. I’ll figure that out this year.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Now there’s and easy question. I of course want to be working for Disney. I would like to be in a comfortable, long term relationship. I can see myself living off of Celebration, enjoying my job at the parks during the day, and enjoying nights walking around Old Town. I have a simple dream but it’s a special one.
bonus question: favorite quote?
"Tragedy is when I cut my finger. Comedy is when you fall into an open sewer and die." –Mel Brooks
