Let's Be Real #7
Look who I met up with recently? That's right I went to my college orientation and Colton drove up to meet me! I am so excited and cannot wait to live in the dorms together!
This leads me to what we are going to talk about today. The summer is quickly winding down and it won't be long before school starts once again. This means no more all nighters! There is an exception when it comes to all nighters for college however.
Research shows that getting in bed at a decent hour helps improve grades and boost overall moral. So this school year make it a goal to get in bed at a decent hour and to eat a healthy breakfast. We understand as we are college students ourselves that we are going to have a heavy workload! There may be nights where you have to stay up late and do your homework but try not to make this any every night ordeal.
Another key aspect for students is that eating a good breakfast every morning also improves test scores. Eating breakfast even if it is a granola bar and a bottle of water on your way to class can help start your morning off with the good nutrition you will need to make it through your first class! Remember all of these helpful tips when school starts.
Make sure to check back Wednesday for Colton's new post on Tips Toward college!
Unfortunately due to things needed for school before I start in the fall this will be my last post. I had an amazing time writing this for you all and I hope that I helped you in your journey!
Thank you all for your support to the blog and we hope that you make succeed in everything you do.
